I found this recipe at Heavenly Homemakers and it is really good. It is a healthier makeover of rice krispie treats. I was out of Rice Krispies, so I used corn flakes and they worked perfectly.
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups Crispy Rice Cereal or corn flakes
In a saucepan, melt and stir the peanut butter and honey together. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir in cereal. Spread in a 9×9 inch square pan and allow to cool. I put them in the fridge to harden.
