I LOVE this rice. I adapted this recipe from one by Bobby Flay. The flavor is amazing. The addition of an onion and butter makes it so so good. Ingredients
1 Tbsp. butter 1 sweet onion, diced 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil 1 1/2 cups long grain white rice 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In an ovenproof pot, saute the onion in the butter until softened and lightly caramelized. Add the rice and olive oil and lightly brown the rice. 3. Bring the broth to a boil and pour over the rice, be careful because this can create a lot of hot steam. 4. Bake covered for 30 to 40 minutes, until rice is tender and fluffy.

I made this rice tonight for dinner and it was great! I liked being able to prepare in one pan from stove, to oven to table. We will make it again!
