I had a flat tire recently. I walked out to the car in the morning and the tire was flat. We were able to put air in the tire so that I could drive it to get it repaired. I went to Sam's Club because I thought if I would have to replace the tire/tires I could do it for less money than at other tire stores. They were able to repair the tire. It had a nail in it and they were able to plug it. When I went to the register to pay for the repair I was very surprised to learn that it was free because I was a Sam's Club member. The tire technician said it was a benefit of being a Sam's Club member. We did not even buy the tires at Sam's. We bought this car used and have not had to replace the tires yet.
I was extremely pleased with the service. Obviously free is always nice. They were also very professional and worked quickly.
