I used Nature’s Harvest® Honey Wheat Bread and my favorite chicken salad recipe to make these kid friendly chicken salad sandwich sushi rolls.
They were really easy to make and the boys loved them.
First I cut the crusts off the bread then flattened each slice with a rolling pin. Next, I spread some chicken salad on each flattened piece of bread.
Then I rolled it up into a little sushi roll and sliced it to fit into my bento box. I sliced these into 4 small pieces each.
What creative and fun ideas are you coming up with for lunches? Be sure to share your culinary creations and enter to win the Nature’s Harvest® Sandwich Art Photo Contest at the Nature’s Harvest Bread Facebook page.

We love Nature’s Harvest® Honey Wheat bread. It is soft, but still firm enough to hold up all morning in a lunch box. It has a wonderful mildly sweet flavor and the perfect texture for sandwiches.
