"Potty Patrol's Potty Training Alarm Diapers are designed to notify you and your child when wetting occurs, so that you can place your child on the toilet immediately. Being placed on the toilet while the event is still fresh in your child’s mind helps them make the connection between cause and effect more quickly and effectively."
Potty Patrol Starter Kits include the items shown above.

We have been using the Potty Patrol Potty Training Diapers on our 3 year old son for a few weeks and these are my thoughts.
Overall, we have experienced more potty success over the last 3 weeks while using these diapers than we had before. The starter set (24 diapers) has lasted a while for us because we only use it when we will be at home for at least a couple of hours. I don't put them on him when he goes to preschool or plays outside because they work best when I am with him and can put him on the potty right away.
