Have you heard of Frosch cleaning products? I had not until I received the opportunity to try them for review. I like using more and more natural products in my home so I was eager to try Frosch cleaning products.

After trying the cleaning products pictured, my verdict is that they all work well and smell pleasant. I hate using cleaning products that smell like I should be wearing a gas mask when using them because of the harmful chemical fumes. You can feel safe using Frosch products around your family (no harmful fumes). In fact your kids can even help clean with these products.
• Frosch Pomegranate Dishwashing Liquid contains pomegranate extracts that soothe and moisturize skin and provide an effective clean with its optimal grease and dirt dissolving power.
After trying these products, I have to share my favorites. I love the baking soda all purpose cleaner because it smells so clean. Confession, I love baking soda products pretty much always because I love the clean smell and feeling they leave behind. So if you want a really fresh and clean smelling house use the baking soda all purpose cleaner.
My other favorite new Frosch product is the dishwashing liquid. I tried both the pomegranate and aloe vera dishwashing liquids and liked them both, but love the aloe vera scent. My skin is very sensitive to soaps and frequent washing can lead to dry cracked skin, especially in the winter. When I taught Family and Consumer Science and was in the food lab all day, my hands looked terrible from frequent washing. I wish I would have had this dish soap then, I would have used it for hand washing soap. The aloe vera dishwashing liquid is so gentle on my hands. I always use natural dishwashing soap because I figure since we are eating off of the dishes, I want the soap used to be as natural and free of unnecessary chemicals as possible. One thing I have noticed about natural dishwashing liquids though is that they usually don't form as many suds as conventional soaps. Frosch dishwashing liquid is no exception, you won't see as many suds as with conventional dish soaps, but your dishes will be clean and you can feel good knowing that you are not introducing unnecessary chemicals into your home. • Frosch Diswashing Liquid is a vegan moisturizing hand dishwashing liquid that works efficiently and is gentle on your skin.

As a Moms Meet blogger, I received a set of Grab Green cleaning products to try. I have continued to use these products over the past month. To be honest, I love using Grab Green cleaning products. They are a safer, non-toxic option and they actually work. As a Mom, I am always careful about the cleaning products I use in my home. I am not a fan of harsh chemical smells so I was pleasantly surprised by the delicate natural scents of these products. Some are unscented and then some are heavenly scented using natural essential oils. My favorite scent is the gardenia laundry detergent.
These are my favorite, most used Grab Green products. The automatic dishwashing detergent pods are so easy to use and my dishes are sparkling clean every time. I LOVE the Grab Green gardenia 3 in 1 Laundry detergent pods. They are easy to use too since you just throw a pre-measured pod into the washing machine and they smell amazing. I do a lot of laundry and my boys get dirty. This detergent has done a fantastic job of cleaning our clothes and getting the stains out.

We recently moved into a home that is much larger than any home we have lived in. As much as we enjoy living in a large home, there is a lot of square footage to keep clean so I was thrilled when given the opportunity to review Murchison-Hume cleaning products.
Murchison-Hume was created by former Fashion Editor and mother of two, Max Kater when her son developed allergic sensitivities to common household cleaning products. She made it her mission to create cleaning and personal care products that would be safe, easy to use, beautiful, and effective. All of their ingredients are of the highest quality and their formulations are designed to be highly effective, while maintaining product safety and stability.
My 4 year old loves to help clean and since he is still home with me, he gets to help a lot. I am very careful about the cleaning products I let my kids use since I don't want them exposed to harmful chemicals. Murchison-Hume products are 99% natural so I feel safe letting the kids help clean with them.
Just the Facts
Admittedly, we let the master bathroom get a little out of hand. So with a little organization and the help of Murchison-Hume ladies' bathroom cleaner, everyday furniture and upholstery cleaner, and premium glass polish we have a relaxing and beautiful bathroom again.
I purchased two plastic (his and hers) utensil trays to hold our toiletries that we keep easily accessible.
My four year old and I tackled the vanity, mirrors, and sinks getting everything sparkling clean. Then I sorted through all of the items cluttering the counter and decided which needed to stay and which could be stored in the cabinet. Lastly, we organized toiletries into the new his and hers organizing trays.
I love the new organized and clean bathroom.
I used Murchison-Hume Spit & Polish Stainless Steel Cleaner on the dishwasher.
It cleaned up beautifully with a smudge free shine.
I love the Effortless Floor Cleaner and the Counter Safe All Purpose Cleaner because they are easy to use for bigger jobs or quick clean-ups and they are safe to use around children. All of these cleaning products leave a pleasant scent which I love since I hate the harsh chemical scent of most cleaning products.

We had been having a little fruit fly problem this summer and then I saw this easy homemade fruit fly trap at My Blessed Life. It worked wonderfully. It was so easy too. All you need is a piece of printer paper, a jar, apple cider vinegar, and dish soap.
Simply put 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar in the jar, squirt in some dish soap, and then roll a piece of paper into a cone shape and set it in the jar.
See all those fruit flies in the bottom of the jar. They were swarming around our kitchen the day before.
Guest post by my sister, Rebecca My husband and I installed new shower doors during our bathroom renovation a few years ago and were disappointed when they were quickly covered by scale buildup. We had opted for a silk finish on the doors and were concerned that abrasive cleaners might mar the finish. After many trials and little success with various cleaners including vinegar, I finally sprayed a paper towel with vinegar and effectively “soaked” a small section of the shower door. To my relief, the vinegar soak was successful in removing all of the scale buildup. I recently cleaned the shower doors again and decided to take some pictures to show the amazing results. This time I used a spare roll of liners for cloth diapers as the soaking material (since I never bother using the liners in our cloth diapers). Any thin material that will cling to the glass shower doors when soaked with vinegar should work. Here are the steps that I took to clean the shower door. This method also works on tubs and surrounds. 1. Drape a thin material (e.g., paper towels or cloth diaper liners) over your shower door and spray it with vinegar until it is well soaked. If necessary, smooth out the material so that it is in complete contact with the door. Allow to soak for 10 or 15 minutes. 2. Remove the soaking material and wipe down the shower door with a damp cloth. If the vinegar has had enough time to penetrate the scale buildup, little to no scrubbing will be necessary. 3. Transfer the soaking material to another section of the door, and repeat the process. If you are not fond of the smell of vinegar, keep in mind that as it dries, the odor will dissipate. As I was growing up, I always hated the smell of vinegar when Mom used it to clean; now that I have small children of my own, I buy vinegar by the gallon and know that it is a safe and effective cleaner for our home. The pictures below show the vinegar soak (on the left) and scale buildup (on the right). I’m so glad that we are able to restore the look of our shower doors to their new condition. As a lasting solution to the problem of scale buildup, we are currently researching water filtering options for our home. Although we will likely choose to install a whole-house filter in addition to our water softener, another solution would be to install a showerhead filter. You can see the vinegar soak on the left side of the door. If you look really closely, you can see the scale buildup is on the right side of the door, but no longer on the left. Thank you Rebecca for taking the time to share your cleaning success story.
