I am so behind on posting our menus. We did some traveling, then I got strep throat and now I am busy helping with Vacation Bible School. Here is a list of our menus for the past month. I will provide links to recipes whenever possible. I hope this helps give you some ideas. Feel free to share your favorite recipes and menu plans in the comments. I love to try new recipes. Friday-Sunday: We were out of town for Easter.

We visited with relatives for most of last week so I had a really long break from cooking and meal planning. Thank you Aunt Eleanor and Jennifer for the wonderful meals. We had a great time and enjoyed the good food. Here are some menu ideas for the week. Have a wonderful week with lots of yummy meals. Monday: Roasted Asparagus, mashed potatoes, tri-tip roast, cooked apples (My Mom made the apples from frozen apples she harvested from her apple trees last fall.) They were delicious. I didn't cook much last week because we traveled over the weekend. When we were home we had simple meals. Sometimes it's nice to slow down and live simply.
